The Silva Meditation Method is a form of mindfulness meditation 😌 developed by Jose Silva. It is based on the idea that we all have a "sixth sense" that can be accessed through meditation, and that by doing so, we can tap into our own inner wisdom and guidance.  👁️‍🗨️

The method involves focusing on your breath and using visualization techniques to quiet the mind. Once you reach a state of deep relaxation, you focus your attention on a specific question or intention.

The idea is that by opening up your subconscious mind, you will receive guidance and answers from your higher self.

There is scientific evidence to support the efficacy of the Silva Meditation Method. A study published in the Journal of Religion and Health found that participants who practiced the Silva Meditation Method had significantly lower levels of anxiety and stress, and higher levels of self-esteem and well-being, than those who did not meditate.

Studies have shown that meditation can help to decrease the production of stress hormones, improve cardiovascular health, and increase levels of calmness and well-being. In addition, meditation has been shown to improve sleep quality, boost immunity, and reduce pain.

Silva's guided meditation involves following along with a recorded voice while focusing on your breath. Regular practice is the key to seeing the benefits, so make it part of your daily routine.

The subconscious mind is often compared to an iceberg, with only a small part of it rising into conscious awareness. However, the subconscious is actually much larger and more powerful than the conscious mind. It houses our deepest desires, beliefs, and values, and it is constantly working to support us.

In order to access the subconscious mind, we need to learn to quiet the noise of the conscious mind. This can be done by using the Silva method, focusing inward to connect with the subconscious mind.
