This is a tool for self-analysis and development created by Ester and Jerry Hicks, which is designed to guide you how to use your emotions as a guidance system. ¬†ūüôā

The authors believe our emotions are like a guidance system, ūüóļÔłŹhelping us to navigate our life experiences. When we feel joyful, it is a sign that we are on the right track. Conversely, when we feel anxious or fearful, it is a sign that we need to make some changes.

The law of attraction is based on the premise that our thoughts and feelings create our reality. So, if we want to attract positive experiences into our lives, it is essential that we focus on positive thoughts and feelings. Abraham-Hicks have popularized the term "emotional guidance system" to describe this process.

By paying attention to our emotions, we can get in touch with our intuitive wisdom and guidance. This can help us to make choices that are in alignment with our highest good. It can also help us to release anything that is no longer serving us. When we listen to our emotional guidance system, we are able to create a life that is rich with happiness, love, and fulfilling experiences.

You learn how to use your emotional state to attract what you desire.  From the list below, select which description best describes your current or dominant emotional state and then decide which emotional state you would prefer.

Every emotion has a frequency, and when you align your emotions with your desired outcome, you are essentially sending out a powerful signal to the universe. The law of attraction states that like attracts like, so by focusing on positive emotions, you will attract more of what you desire into your life.

There are a few simple steps to using the emotional guidance system. First, become aware of how you are feeling in any given moment. If you are feeling angry, stressed, or anxious, simply take a step back and take a few deep breaths.

Once you have acknowledged your feelings, begin to shift your focus to what it is that you want to achieve. For example, if you are wanting to attract more love into your life, focus on feeling gratitude for the love that is already present in your life. As you focus on positive emotions, you will begin to see results in your life. Things will start falling into place, and you will be well on your way to achieving your desired outcome.
