Best completed by: You

The GROW model is a simple but effective framework for goal setting 🎯 and achieving success. It can be used in any situation where you need to set and achieve goals, whether personal or professional. 🎉

The model is based on four key elements:

1. Goal – what do you want to achieve?

2. Reality – what is the current situation?

3. Options – what are your options for achieving the goal?

4. Way forward – what is the best way forward?

You can use the GROW model to set and achieve any goal, big or small. It’s a simple but effective way to make sure you are clear about what you want to achieve and how you are going to get there.

Here’s a brief overview of each stage of the model:

1. Goal – The first step is to identify your goal.

What do you want to achieve? Be as specific as possible.

2. Reality – Once you know what your goal is, it’s time to take a look at the current situation.

What are the facts? What is really happening?

3. Options – Now it’s time to explore your options for achieving the goal.

What are your options? What are the pros and cons of each option?

4. Way forward – The final step is to choose the best way forward.

What is the best course of action? What are the next steps?

The GROW model is a simple but effective tool for goal setting and achieving success. It can help you to clarify your goals, explore your options, and make a plan for how to achieve your goals. Give it a try the next time you need to set and achieve a goal.

Happy goal setting! 🎉
