The 12 Week Year is a goal-setting system 🎯 that helps you achieve more in 12 weeks than most people do in 12 months.

It is based on the premise that if you set and achieve just one big goal each week, you will achieve far more in a year than if you set and achieve 52 small goals. 🎉

The 12 Week Year system was created by Brian P. Moran and Michael Lennington, authors of the book The 12 Week Year: Get More Done in 12 Weeks than Others Do in 12 Months.

The system is designed to help you focus on your most important goals, and take action on them immediately.

It includes a goal-setting worksheet, weekly and monthly planning sheets, and a goal tracker.

A goal tracker is a tool that helps you measure your progress as you work towards a goal. It can be used to track any type of goal, from personal goals like losing weight or quitting smoking, to professional goals like increasing sales or improving customer satisfaction.

Goal tracking can help you stay motivated and on track by providing tangible evidence of your progress. It can also help you identify areas where you need to make changes or adjustments in order to reach your goals.

The 12 Week Year system has been shown to help people achieve more in less time, and it can be used for any goal, personal or professional.

To use the system, you first need to identify your top priority goal for the year. This goal should be something that will make a major impact on your life or career.

Trying to accomplish too many goals at once can be overwhelming and lead to feelings of failure. When you have many goals that you want to achieve, it is important to choose which ones to prioritise.

To do this, first consider your values and what is most important to you. Then, look at your goals and decide which ones will help you move closer to your overall vision.

This model encourages you to set deadlines for each goal and break down larger goals into smaller steps. By taking the time to choose which goals to prioritise, you increase your chances of achieving them and living a fulfilling life.

Next, break down your goal into 12 weekly steps. These steps should be specific and measurable, so that you can track them.

Have a great week!
